A startup dedicated to payroll processing needed to reduce its infrastructure costs and the time required to onboard clients onto its analytics platform. The current platform faced significant performance issues, high maintenance costs, negatively impacted its transactional system, and made it difficult to create new reports for current and future clients, limiting the scalability of the platform.
Solution
We worked closely with the company to conduct an assessment and analysis of the current issues to define a strategy that could resolve their cost and scalability challenges.
To achieve this, we focused on redesigning the current architecture, proposing a new approach that would lower costs while prioritizing scalability and the ease of onboarding new clients.
Additionally, another area of interest was the complete redesign of the reporting suite, defining a set of standard and customized reports. We developed processes that automated report creation, simplifying the required efforts.
