An important logistics company faced the need to digitalize its manual processes, such as:
Solution
We worked closely with the company to assess and analyze the current issues to define a strategy that could address their challenges regarding digitalization and manual processes.
To achieve this, we focused on designing the platform, where we could validate each of the critical aspects of the application early on by developing navigable prototypes. This allowed us to create a solid and validated development of the system, which includes functionalities such as customer management, rates and current accounts management, integration with AFIP (the Federal Administration of Public Revenue), vehicle management and control, statistical reporting, among others.
We design the interfaces of the modules with a focus on usability and efficiency, optimizing workflows to facilitate daily tasks and improve productivity in the internal logistics platform
